About This Course
The Comprehensive POCUS Training Program is a practical, competency-based course designed to equip healthcare professionals with essential bedside ultrasound skills for faster and more accurate clinical decision-making.
The course covers:
- Focused Cardiac Ultrasound
- Lung
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Vascular ultrasound
- Obstetric Point-of-Care Ultrasound (OPOCUS).
The program is delivered through a blend of online learning, hands-on training, and a vigorous continuous image portfolio with feedback from Japanese Sonographers, ensuring the trainees gain the confidence to not only integrate ultrasound into everyday clinical practice but also mentor and train others.
Important Program Dates
- Online Sessions Start: August 3, 2026
- Hands-on Sessions: October 8–10, 2026
- Final Assessment: January 21-23, 2027
